Food is one of the most important aspects when it comes to achieve certain (positive) results during going for workout and therefore many of my friends failed to get their weight loss due to wrong food. Many mix up Noodles with meat or Pizza with Peperonis and this is probably the worst you can do. I follow a simply, but golden rule:
- never mix meat with potatoes and try to mix everything with salad -
this rule prooved quite good to me and the results I achieved to get my weightloss were absolutely satisfying. I really can recommened this idea to you out there and avoid eating by night, it kills your body in all aspects.
I checked up the web a lot about different workout strategies lately and have found out about this strategy which looks quite interesting to me, here is a youtube video:
This one looks really interesting to me, as I was really impressed how Gerard Butler managed to get his great body for the movie called same as the workout. I will try to find some more information about what they did and how they achieved.
It seems like the key to the success of this workout plan is the fact that you are taking no breaks during repetitions and therefore no time for the muscle to relax. Will try to find more informations about the so called Spartan workout and keep you updated about my news
When it comes to working out, a nice Stamina performance is definately extremely important and without any doubt they key to success in longterm.
For my part, I am doing regular Stamina workout to keep my fitness level up and try to use some food supplement which enhances the process of fat burning. Still I try to avoid chemical supplements as there are enough free, natural supplements you can use. Also I would recommened to get a personal trainer before you decide what program to do and what supplement to use as otherwise this may harm more than help your fitness.
